Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 777kb platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, CNIC number, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — constitute a breach of these Terms. 777kb employs automated and manual duplicate-detection systems. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777kb reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or recent winnings, and retain any Bonus Funds credited across those accounts.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to keep that information updated throughout your membership. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, CNIC number, or payment account details — constitutes material misrepresentation and grounds for immediate account termination. 777kb is not liable for any failure to deliver payments or communications resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Member.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777kb login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777kb will never contact you to request your password by email, SMS, or live chat.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 777kb support immediately via live chat. 777kb will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification but accepts no liability for losses incurred through unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
777kb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international licensing obligations. Members may be required to submit identity documents, address confirmation, and payment method ownership verification before withdrawal requests are approved. Standard KYC documents accepted include: valid CNIC, Pakistani passport, utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days, and a photograph of the payment card or wallet account used for deposits.
A Member may request account closure at any time by contacting 777kb support via live chat. Before closure, any valid Balance remaining in the account (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment account. 777kb may close an account without prior notice where a breach of these Terms is identified or where closure is required under applicable regulatory obligations.

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified Members are processed within an average of five minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
777kb does not charge internal withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transfer charges, which are beyond 777kb's control. Members are advised to check applicable charges with their bank or mobile wallet provider before initiating a withdrawal.
All Account balances, wagers, bonuses, and transactions on the 777kb platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions. If you make a deposit from a payment account denominated in a different currency, your payment provider will apply its own conversion rate before the funds reach 777kb — 777kb has no control over or responsibility for external conversion rates.
From time to time, 777kb offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and Royal Onyx VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including the applicable wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, and expiry period.
Where a specific promotional offer's terms conflict with these General Bonus Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, Bonus Funds must be turned over a minimum of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus would require PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant offer terms.
Bonus Funds that are not used and wagering requirements that are not completed within the validity period specified at the time of the offer will be forfeited automatically. The standard validity period for 777kb bonuses is 7 calendar days from the date of credit unless a different period is specified. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

777kb shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, whether or not 777kb has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 777kb.
Note on Gambling Losses: 777kb does not accept liability for gambling losses sustained by Members in the ordinary course of using the platform's gaming and betting services. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777kb holds its international online gaming licence.
